Givenchy and the National Foundation for YoungArts commissioned two new mirrored stainless steel sculptures presented during Art Basel Miami Beach at the Givenchy shop in the Design District.Inspired by Arecaceae (the botanical name for the palm family), mirrored surfaces create a feeling of invisibility, vibrating with reflections of viewer and surroundings in sci-fi abstractions of the natural world.
